For the record, Steffan was given his warning over the recent profanity issue. As such I wish to make clear to all members what the officer corp expects from those we are proud to call brothers and use this incident as a lesson for all.
Profanity, vulgarity, bashing, violations of rules or any other actions which makes COLA look bad as a whole are not tolerated from anyone, from our newest member up through me.
We do not want to boot any first time offenders as that would not be in the interest of the player or COLA as a whole. As such, if a player does cross that line for the first time, he will be expected to do what Steffan just did, as hard as that was to do. While I hope that this will not come up again, mistakes happen. It is what a player does after that determines their character, and we will not boot those who make an honest effort to fix what they have done and not repeat them there after.
Repeat offenders however will not have a home in this alliance. We are in the top 60 and growing daily, and it is due to the name we have given ourselves and the community we are creating for our members. There is not room in COLA for players that repeatedly make their brethren look bad and mar the name of COLA.
